Location was great, very ideal. However upon arriving to my room the bathroom was not clean. Stains on the toilets and hairs... The staff cleaned it after I told them, which kind of delayed my stay..

One of the most terrible accomodation in my entire travel experience. I shouldn't expect anything fancy for the price range but omg...how filthy the room is.... They don't vaccum at all? I dreaded going back in such dusty room after my day outside. They don't provide cleaning during your stays, fine, but the room should maintain decent condition when you check in at least.

Very Dusty rooms. No service. I also give it this rating because I booked last minute and I paid a premium, but if you get this room in advance you can get it at a good price. I paid over double for my stay. Great location. Subway station right in front of hotel. One stop away from hakata station. One stop away from Tenjin. I love Fukuoka but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Black walls and dusty rooms. They do not service the rooms so you’re better off getting an air Bnb. I had luggage delivered to the hotel and they didn’t accept it, even though I was already checked in. Therefore, I had to call Yamato and figure it out. Great location. But my least favorite stay during my month long trip in Japan. If you can book in advance and get the rooms at a good rate. Go for it. My 4 nights were ¥100,000. I wouldn’t recommend it. But not the worst.

The staff was very helpful, I also was very pleased with the location, access and amenities.

small room but very convenient. next to many things you'll need including malls and nightlife.

구시다진자마에 역 5번출구 바로앞에 있습니다. 여행날에 갑자기 비나 가벼운 눈이 왔는데 역 바로앞이어서 특별히 우산을 사지 않고도 지하철을 이용해서 시내에서 놀았습니다. 캐널시티도 지하도 및 통로를 이용해서 갈 수 있습니다.

飲水がなかったので少なくとも2本の水のペットボトルは必要です。料金は特別安いわけではないので部屋に飲水があればいいですね。 　カードキーは使用後どうすればよいのか教えて頂きたいですね。
