アパホテル〈博多駅前２丁目〉 (APA Hotel Hakata Ekimae 2chome)

Great hotel. Small bedrooms but very well designed.

Clean. Reliable. Breakfast was pretty standard. The room was small. It worked well for business stay.

The APA Hotel offers its signature efficiency and cleanliness, but my recent stay was hindered by some significant issues with the bedding. Most notably, the mattress had a strange inclination to one side, creating an uneven sleeping surface that made it difficult to feel fully settled or supported. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable and lacked the necessary loft for a restful night. While the hotel remains a practical choice for travelers prioritizing location and a streamlined experience, the lack of support from the mattress and pillows unfortunately detracted from the overall comfort of the room.

Room is too small

The room is fine, the front desk and breakfast are not. The fridge in the room was too cold, so that the food would get frozen. No help was offered. All the discussions took forever, mostly ending with a no. Too many front desk staff, and it is not clear what they are doing. Cannot call a taxi etc

Welcoming room!

The location was great. Staff were friendly. We were worried the room would be too small but it was enough space for 2 adults

Convenient location. Easy to get around the city. Standard APA style room so it has everything one can need. The room was clean, had sufficient heating and lightning.

Excellent location , good staff , and very helpful. Apa hotels are always a guarantee for me.
