Great location next to subway station and when you are sleeping you will not hear the train at all . There is The School Bus Cafe, next door with delicious bread and coffee . Room was clean and spacious for two with twin beds . Staff were very friendly and spoke English . Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast it lacked taste, very bland I would skip the buffet breakfast . If you need to do laundry skip machines at hotel , walk 4 small blocks to laundry -coin op and get all your laundry done in an hour .

Check in took a long time! I booked two rooms, but one was double booked. When we opened the door we found other guest’s stuff! Very confused! In the other room, refrigerator was empty. As a Hyatt member, i always was given free 2 bottle per room in other Hyatt places. This place refused to give nothing! Very bad experience ever!

Hotel was centrally located close to many great restaurants and walking distance to the various markets. Definitely recommend this hotel for those coming for the first time.

The rooms are brand new, very spacious and functional. One of the best hotels we've stayed in on this Japan trip.

Room is relatively small but the condition is good

I very much appreciated the Nespresso machine in the lobby and the laundry machines. The location was right at the subway station, you can’t get more convenient than that! But also the neighborhood was walkable with restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket close by. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good but not as extensive as other hotels. Laundry facilities were constantly busy and we had to use an external laundry.

Very comfortable hotel, located right next to an underground station providing easy access to all of Kyoto’s delights. Will definitely consider for future trips to Kyoto to see all those many sights we couldn’t fit in this time!
