For us, it was in a great area to get to the sights we wanted to see, the rooms were really big, smelt lovely, bed was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, staff were so lovely and friendly, pool area was great with nice views. Have rebooked

Good location, nearby attractions and food. However, not a very family friendly hotel. There was a ton of construction all day (8am-5pm). The pool was ok, but the stairs and railings on the top levels seemed hazardous especially for kids (too widely spaced bars). The breakfast was also poor. I expected more since lots of people kept recommending this hotel.

少しがっかり I was passed a fake fifty US dollar bill by a staff member as part of change for a US hundred dollar bill. Unfortunately I did it catch it until I went to pay for another transaction after I had already left the city.

I really do love this hotel. I’ve always been treated so well here and enjoy coming back every time. Everyone is friendly and always so willing to help. It’s a great location with so many excellent restaurants nearby. It’s one of my favourite spots in the city. Thank you!

had just a one night stay in this property but it was very comfortable for just my one night.
i didn't get to use the spa or anything else but the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment i got in. staff took all my bags upstairs and showed me how to use all the things in the room
room was very spacious and i had a balcony that overlooked the neighborhood.
the property itself is close to everything and i loved having everything close by

The hotel should consider to change to a dim-out/black-out curtain for the window. Whenever I'm staying there, I do not really a good & deep sleep especially the morning sun light can penetrate through the curtain in the morning around 5-6am.
