The room we stayed in, restaurant and the service are very good. However, it is hard to spot the hotel from the street.

The hotel was in a convenient location near the lake in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is " cooked to order" and very tasty. I stayed there several times over the three weeks I was in Vietnam, and I always felt " at home" there!

The staff was great, the breakfast was great, the location was super, as it was about 1 minute from hop on hop off red bus. Lots of places to eat and by souvenirs. Also about 1 minute from the lake. Safe comfortable area

Great little hotel. Room was cozy and comfortable. Loved the ornate decor. Staff was very attentive and willing to help with any need. Delicious breakfast. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to lake.

What I like most about the hotel are the staff, the location, and the cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and always offer to help.
I like to see more selection for the breakfast menu.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent location - near all the action in Old City Centre but on a side street- a little quieter. The staff went above and beyond and dis a great job. They helped arrange several transfers - from airport, to/from Halong, to/from SaPa, around town.
The rooms are on the smaller side since it is jn the city center, but that was not an issue for us- they were very clean. Good breakfast. I would stay here again.

You can order breakfast mains and they would prepare it for you. There is also a buffet for cereal, milk, coffee, fruits and etc.

This place checked all the boxes for us and we highly recommend it. It is in an incredibly central location that makes walking around the Old Quarter very easy and we stopped back multiple times during the day to take a break from the heat. It is in the heart of the city but on a quieter side street that meant almost no noise reached our bedroom (which faced the street). The room was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities and a beautiful bathroom. AC was perfect. The hotel arranged an airport pickup that just got added to the bill and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. An elevator and the included breakfast (cooked and buffet) were nice bonuses. We would absolutely stay again.
