Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice! They had great food recommendations and even helped talk to our grab driver to coordinate pick ups.

The staff at this property were absolutely amazing - all of the front desk staff were so unbelievably helpful and kind. They had so much knowledge about the area and were helpful with booking onward travel, even walking me to my taxi. The hospitality alone makes this hotel :) the hotel is also in a prime location, not far from the old town. My room overlooked the train which was also an incredible view. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in during my 2 month travels.

Lovely stay! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the location was very convenient, and I’d happily return again in the future.

Perfect hotel for solo travellers - it’s really close to the old quarter, the staff are really friendly and give loads of advice on the local area. The hotel is really clean and they allow you to store your bags before or after your stay which was a lifesaver!

Great staff, average room quality, overpriced for quality provided

There were shops near by They are all the same shops through out the old quarter. The balcony was nice to have if your a smoker. The train is right next store and city loud speakers at 7am. As for the property is it old and run down. The building is barely being held together. Don't look at the pictures because they not correct. As for the staff they were excellent.Always making sure you had what you needed. Communication from the Hotel before the trip was always a quick response. They gave you all the information you needed before your trip. We did use the airport transfer service from the Hotel. It was excellent.
