Photos are not accurate to what is shown on Expedia. Please cross check reviews on google as well before booking. There are many many steep stairs. And our property didn’t have a reception, we were required to go 4 doors down to the sister hotel to check in and out. I was not aware of this until after my booking was completed. We stayed on the third floor with no A/C, room did not have many amenities nor was it clean. The only good side of this place is the location that’s it. If you’re legit you’ll post my review

the location is great however very difficult to get up the stairs with your bag and not the cleanest. it does smell of smoke but the rooms with the balconies have a nice view. would recommend for only 1 night

Hotel not advertised confirming how steep the stairs were, had to get moved room as I recently had surgery and was not aware of the steep floors or I would have booked elsewhere.
The room we had to use was not upkept, floors were dirty causing my white socks not to be white, marks all over the walls, a horrible smell we had to buy air freshener to make the place bearable. Online the advertised room we were given due to the floor situation, was completely different to photos advertised.
Would not be back.

Room- clean and basic, but needs updating
Noise levels- generally quiet, but a load grinding sound at night. Not good.

The room I was in was on the 3rd or 4th floor near the street. It was a little loud but I overall thought the experience with the hotel was good. Its in a nice location.

少しがっかり Was fine because I was there just one night however I was shocked that the first question I asked prior to even checking in was for the WiFi the lady checking me in lied to me that I just didn’t work in the reception however I later found out it had been down all day. I was counting on WiFi as I had to finish something for my next stay. This ended up costing me 100s of pounds.
