The hotel was amazing and the service amazing too!

Great character hotel in great location, helpful staff

I booked the room with no windows for a 1 night stay which was unusual but very nicely done. Very comfortable bed and nice and quiet.

Wonderful hotel!

Location was key factor in my selection. Walking distance to major attractions and many, many restaurants. Separate spacious rooms for toilet and shower.

Great place to stay!

The staff was so helpful and patient. The location was great and there was air conditioning.

Staff was friendly, thorough and efficient. Ready to help. Bikes on site were extremely convenient and well-priced. There was really no lobby in which to wait or relax and the room was pretty small even though it had a small separate seating area. It felt dated and a bit dark and unwelcoming. We could only get to it through using a strange lift or walking through the garden even though it was right off the lobby which was inconvenient and weird. The dining area was really light and bright and a nice space. It was extremely expensive once all taxes were included. It didn’t feel like a good value for the price even though we overall enjoyed it. The location was superb. The room definitely should have been nicer and easier to access for the price in my opinion.

Pillows let it down. I cannot sleep on massive pillows and require thin pillows. For that reason sleep was an issue. I did ask at reception but they are the only pillows they have.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercier. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. After a long day out, we ordered delivery food, and they went out of their way to provide us with plates and water from downstairs, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend staying here.
