The hotel is very well located in the middle of Interlaken West. It is within walking distance of the train station and local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It has a bus stop right outside.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
We had a triple/family room which was spacious.

良い The rooms are very clean and comfortable but hot. The hotel is very due for a renovation. The common room felt like something you would find in a hostel or backpackers. Staff are nice and helpful. Location was good.

Maria on reception could not have been more helpful. Room was clean with plenty of extras. Breakfast good. Bus almost outside the door to go to euthrr of the nain stations with a free ticket from reception.

Breakfast was great.Room was very clean. Only issue was room was extremely hot. We had to request hotel staff to turn off heat which they kindly did. Other than that hotel was great and conveniently located in front of bus stop.
