Place is clean and near a metro station, bunch of stores and restaurants nearby. But the arrangment is extremely inefficient: you sleep in one floor, but the shower is in another, so you have to move up and down the elevator between showering, sleeping, and getting to the steet. To make things worse, theres ONE elevator only, which fits 4 people tops, and NO STAIRS! Try to picture an entire building trying to use it at the same time... expect LONG DELAYS just waiting for it to complete a full tour before picking you up. Constant noises from the pipelines during the night, and MANY guests snore. That's obviously not on the establishment, but may be worth for you to consider.

They really didn't want to help anyone

Terrible stuffy room. Can’t even breathe in the morning. Need more management on noise control issues by telling people not to do in room instead of just handing notes; most of them don’t read. My first time choosing hostel and it will be my last. Horrible experience in hostel.

It’s was very hot and noisy

Very pleasant stay in Ebisu, Tokyo. The location was particularly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby neighborhoods. The accommodation was optimal, well organized, and comfortable. An excellent base for exploring Tokyo, which I highly recommend.

Great location friendly staff and informative

Tiny confined place to sleep, small reception with almost no lobby or reception services. Showers are on one floor, the capsules are on a different one. Bottom line, all spaces are tiny and difficult to handle.
