The staff were outstanding as was the price for the prime location within the Marylebone neighborhood. The staff were available 24/7 and prepared excellent lattes and cappuccinos to stay or go. The only minor issue was the bathroom size and privacy.

The only thing that was challenging for us were the stairs we had to climb to get to our room. Everything else was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful

First time staying with Z-Hotel we chose the Club package. In addition to a King bed, and breakfast, benefits included freshly made sandwiches, salads and snacks during the day. Beverages of all sorts and cheese, crackers, olives etc were also available in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised. The bed was firm but comfortable, room was typical size for London bathrooms were new with a good size walk in shower. We were 5 mins away from the Underground and restaurants were around the corner. Great value! We'd stay at Z-Hotel Gloucester again.

Great location and reasonably priced.

We spent twi weeks at the Z Hotel on Gloucester Place. Centrally located, clean, quiet room overlooking the back street with mews, it was a great stay. The Club experience was great with breakfast, lunch, diner, snacks and alcohol included. We did have room neighbours that were coming in and out of their room one night and the doors slam shut noisily. If it werent for that, the stay would have been perfect! Highly recommend, and neighbours are hard to control!

Great location, fair price, incredible staff

Room was fine and clean but Z hotel is split across a number of properties with facilities all located at one property

If you're a light sleeper, avoid staying in room 5155, the floors boards above are very squeaky (I believe its the bar/restaurant area above) so it was noisy hearing people walking around. Very cool and spacious room though, clean and simple.

It was perfectly located to the tube.
