Clean tland tidy, great location for an overnight stop.

Shower head didn’t work properly. It was like trying to shower with a spray bottle. Maintenance didn’t show up.

When they say continental breakfast, they mean it, no eggs or meat on the menu. But it was very clean and the buffet was always fully stocked

Great location in Soho with lots to do in the area. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but it works out fine for a place where you will mostly sleep

Small but very clean and comfortable

We loved our stay! The room was bigger than we expected and we had plenty of space to open our luggage bags to pack the day we left. Everything was very clean and they give you a blanket instead of already having it tucked into the bed, so I like to think it means they've laundried the bedding and it's freshly washed. We didn't have a fridge or microwave but we did eat out all the time, so not a big deal for us. The staff were very helpful and held onto our bags after we checked out so we could get lunch before going to the airport. The location is wonderful, since it's near the tube station and bus stop and there are tons of pubs, restaurants, and cafes in walking distance. It was quiet and well-maintained as well. My husband and I would happily stay again if we go back to London, since it was well-priced compared to other hotels.
