The space was compact and clean. Staff attempted to answer my questions, though there were some issues with my reservation.

Good hotel to just rest at night. Rooms not overly big so wouldn't spend any time in them unless to sleep. They were clean and tidy and very central which was great.

Too small & cramped but clean

Lovely hotel. Compact rooms but very well designed and very functional. Great location. Really friendly staff throughout the stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed on the first floor and the toilets did not flush. We moved rooms 2 times and both rooms the toilets did not flush. The AC was broken in both rooms as well.

Thank you for accommodating my request to switch from a room on the lowest level to another on the same floor - my sensitivity to damp and mould is significant. Thank you again!

I needed a room for 1 night in central London that was a reasonable price. I found a room at the Z Hotel that fulfilled that. I knew it wasn't going to have a window and it was going to be small. I was actually very happy with the room. Although small it had everything I needed including better than many hotels tea and coffee. I didn't see much of the rest of the hotel but looked smart.

Central location was fantastic. Breakfast service was worth the add-on. Happy to have sports TV included to watch the World Cup. Everything you need with nothing extra. Cold fruit-infused water at front desk was a welcome touch. Reported maintenance issue to staff.

The rooms are very small and the bed was difficult to get into as it was tucked between two walls. Description says air-conditioning, but it barely worked. When I tried to address this with hotel staff, they were not helpful or very concerned. Ended up just putting up with a hot room as I did not want to transfer to a new hotel.
