Clean and staff really helpful

The location was the best! The air conditioning was great, even though it isn’t listed. The room was super tiny and the bed was very firm. But pillows were fluffy, we slept great due to no noise at all and no sunlight to wake us. It was hard to get around with our two big suitcases because there was nowhere to put them but other than that I would definitely stay there again because the location can’t be beat! And besides being tiny, it was still a nice room.

Small but ideal for a central London crash.

Location and value

A windowless box room with no air conditioning during a London heatwave - not fun at all. The air conditioning failure affected the entire first floor, not just those of us in the cheap rooms, though nobody bothered to tell me until it was too late to try and find somewhere else instead. Best the staff could do was offer me a fan, so that I could move progressively hotter air around the box and ponder life-choices. Thankfully a there was a really terrible breakfast the next morning, so there's that...

The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great. The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions. The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out. After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to the problems we had. The staff were very nice and helpful though.

Very helpful knowledgeable friendly staff. The rooms are compact and well suited to single guests and ok for couples. The bed is comfortable and the shower works well. Toiletries are supplied and there’s a hairdryer. The facilities are good both in the room and in the hotel, as it offers a small bar and restaurant, serving a pretty good breakfast, then location of this hotel is excellent for Covent Garden, the west end /Theatres.

Great location and set up for a couple of days stay in central. Rooms are small but amenities are good and everything you would need

The good: shower pressure. The moderate: extremely cramped (it's London after all); AC functional. The bad: walls covered in scuffs; bugs crawling around; indifferent desk staff.

I paid extra to have a window but since we were in the 1st floor, which is street level, it was frosted.
