The main benefit of this property is that it is super close to the Capitol Theatre and a light rail station. Parking was affordable. Our room was on level 3 and the noise from the street disturbed our sleep. The bed linen didn’t fit well - the doona was too narrow for the bed. The shower was over a bath which had a cracked base that had been siliconed back together and felt quite unstable. The whole suite was quite dated and worn. Also, the alarm clock unexpectedly went off super early which further disturbed us. Friendly staff and great food options a short walk away in Darling Square.

This location does not accept any cash payments or so ever they can't only bank card only the services terrible award not highly recommended to both and stay at this location I also requesting for refund to be progress today and all other locations do accept cash

Incredibly loud room. Dated with some mould. Pretty much unable to sleep in the room due to the noise.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Close to the theatre and Paddy‘s market major downside was the noise of the light rail and a street performer. When asking the hotel staff about this they were quite dismissive and said that the light rail stops at either 12 or 1 am.
