少しがっかり I was disappointed by all the extras they expect you to pay for. A premium price but not premium hospitality at all. Really upset by this and won’t shag again. Freezing cold, staff unhelpful, charged £7.20 just to be dropped off and offered no water or a drink on arrival. Internet awful and they expected additional payment to get decent wifi.

最高 So easy to depart early in morning with a two minute stroll to the terminal. Great for plane spotting enthusiasts as well. Lovely quiet sound proof windows. Impressed.

良い Very comfortable and clean hotel, and makes an early morning flight much easier to deal with. There are some nitpicky things that don't keep me from staying here when I travel, but are always a disappointment...The water is extremely, extremely hard and makes for an upsetting shower and drying/brushing process. The shower is also impossible to use without spraying water all over the floor. There is also only one level of light in the bathrooms - so you're either in extreme brightness or complete dark. So if a nice, calming pre/post-travel bathroom and shower experience is important to you, its not happening in this hotel. The hotel itself is difficult to get to from inside the airport if you're coming from anywhere but terminal 2 -- you get used to the route after a few times but, again, not a nice calming easy experience. But again, overall, this is a clean, comfortable, decently-appointed property and even though its annoying to get to, you can't beat the location for flights.
