Had no idea there were two Hilton Garden Inns at Heathrow😱 Of course we booked the wrong one but how stupid to have 2 hotels with the same name at one airport! Had to get a taxi to the right one and check in seemed a very slow and laborious process. Apart from that it was fine… bed very comfortable.

Perfect in every way! We had an early morning flight the next day, and this was the ideal place to stay since it was connected to Terminal 2. They even allowed us to keep a trolly in our room overnight to make transporting our luggage easier. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend!

Expensive for the standard of hotel Why Hilton have two namesd hotels the same within fifteen minutes of each other and don’t mention it Food expensive amd average Shuttle bus a godsend worth the 7 pounds

My husband and I like this hotel a lot. Conveniently picking up between the hotel and airport, only £7 each person . There is a nice restaurant and bar too.

Rooms are clean & /C works.

Room is small and bath too old. Location is good to the airport.

Tried to check in at the correct hotel. Was told by desk staff they had no reservation for me and that I was probably at the other Hilton Garden Inn on other side of Heathrow. Spent 50 minutes on the hottest evening of the year after a full day at work walking with a suitcase, then taking the tube, then trying to find the entrance to the other Hilton Garden Inn at Terminal Three. Was told by desk staff there that they had no reservation for me either. I asked them to call Hilton Garden Inn at Hatton Cross - who, on reply, said they did have my reservation! Then had to spend another half an hour in the heat getting back to the original hotel I'd booked and tried to check in to. Embarrassingly poor customer service - and not how I wanted to - or expected to - spend my evening on a boiling hot London evening.

The staff was incredible and thr hotel bar food was great. The rooms are a little worn but still had everything you could need, including a shuttle to the airport (though there is a cost).
