Clean room, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, the only difficulty was the tiny, shelf less refrigerator that was placed on the floor, hard to reach for me.

The hotel is amazing. It's located in the best part of the historic center, with easy access to public transportation. Clean, beautiful, and the staff is very friendly.

Outstanding stay in Budapest! I got the best sleep of my European vacation during my time at the K+K- rooms are so quiet, dark and nice and cool with the air conditioning. The room was very nice and a great shower! Breakfast was very good- lots of variety and all the coffee drinks you could want. The hotel staff was super helpful- directed us to where to get a bathing suit at a reasonable price for the baths, and make restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. The hotel is really conveniently located next to the coolest Metro line in town (U1) and there are lots of good restaurants in the area. Highly recommend for your next stay in Budapest!

The property was excellent. Location is right next to the Opera House and a row of nice cafes and restaurants. A couple of groceries and a drug store are within walking distance, as is the subway. Staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast is an elegant buffet.
The hotel receives my highest recommendation.
Only qualm I had is with Expedia itself, which in some communications said they booked the reservation for one and in others for two, so I don't know if I was charged for 1 or 2 breakfasts. So my only complaint is with it.

IF YOU CAN'T REPLACE THE CARPET - AT LEAST STEAM CLEAN IT!!!! Never have I seen carpet so filthy in all areas of what could be such a nice hotel. WHY? WHY? WHY?

Great location, 5 minutes walk from St Stephen’s Basilica. Room was clean, breakfast plentiful and had a breakfast bag made for us for an early flight
