Lovely stay at this hotel. Air conditioning was excellent, as it was very hot in Budapest but rooms stayed cool. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and the breakfast was fine.

Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was good. Breakfast was limited but tasty. Seating area for breakfast was also limited at weekends especially. Perfect location to walk around all the tourist spots ie chain bridge etc. Area was clean and safe.

最高 The location is great, and the rooms are nice, clean and very functional. The AC worked great which is a plus over many European hotels.

少しがっかり The staff were very good but our room had a really bad smell and it looks like a known issue around all the 09 number rooms. They had tried to mask it with plug in air freshers then maintenance tried to 'fix it". Eventually we had to move to their sister hotel along the road and that was better but the air con their way terrible. Definitely wouldn't advise going their until issues resolved.

Clean room. Nice selection at breakfast. Free bottle of wine was a nice touch.
I booked a single room and whilst I understand that I was travelling solo, having a single duvet on a double sized bed meant that it was a bit draughty

Everything was fantastic apart from an odd smell in the room. There was an air freshener plugged in when we arrived but it was so strong in the small space that we had to unplug it. Opening the window and turning off the aircon fixed the smell.
Breakfast had a varied selection of hot and continental food and it was a different choice each day.
I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

とても良い The staff were great. I couldn’t get there because of flight delays but the staff were very helpful with all of my queries and constant changing of plans. I look forward to my stay here next time.
