Bathroom and shower needed updating. The shower was just unusable so we actually just used the shower by the pool. Other than that. Room was basic, fine and did the job. Thanks

Staffs are very friendly. Overall is good.

Quick checkin and bottle of water included. Did receive a room upgrade to a deluxe free on arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was kept clean and tidy each day and same for the pool and gardens. Would definitely stay there again.

Basic Hotel. Breakfast was basic; fried egg on toast - no options Swimming pool is not shaded during the day and seemed over chlorinated.

We booked the hotel for the afternoon as we had a midnight flight home. The room was cheap, dirty and disgusting. The bed covers had more stains than I have ever seen before. The hotel staff speak little to no English. The pool was ok but not very clean. The walk down the alley was a little unnerving. Kuta is feral compared to other beautiful places in Bali. I would never use this hotel again even for the afternoon.

Pool needs repairs towels grey not white shower very unclean no soap no toilet paper no where to hang clothes had to supply own hangers.

Dingy, dark, outdated room. Roaches in the bathroom. Won't be coming back.

Nice grounds, nice staff room and bathroom old and in need of maintenance.

Dissapointed with the general condition and cleanliness of the room and facilities, broken loose tiles over the bottom of the pool waiting for someone to hurt . Wi-Fi was almost unusable. Bed had not been changed since last customer had slept in it. The hotel location was in a very dirty and run down area.
