staffs were helpful, but the room was kinda dirty and smelly. It's good enough ifbyou are on budget

It’s clean . I booked the girls hostel it was awesome made new friends from all over the world.

Our room 108 on the first night was terrible. Right next to the kitchen and was very noisy, not idea after arriving off a 12 hour flight, plumbing was noisy too and had a horrible first nights sleep and was awoken in the morning too by the noisy kitchen. Honestly it was like there were no walls at all. We told the staff the next morning and she was amazing and moved us to the top floor for our second night which was infinitely better. 1/10 for the first night. 8/10 for the second night. Good location in SFO but there are people always smoking all sorts of things right outside the entrance. Also minimal homeless on the block, but lots down the street - Go uphill, not downhill.

Everything was nice clean and offered amenities most take for granted, Amsterdam offers coffee, tea, in shower hair and body hygiene products, bath towel, linens and a comfortable bed I’ve watched this Hostel go through many changes and challenges over the years it’s nice to know that WE are both here as I had many challenges and changes 😩Most importantly everytime I come back I always feel welcomed Thanks 😊

It has beds. I paid extra, so I got to take a shower. Everything else is pretty rough.

Very pleasant considering the low cost, and great location. No elevator to the top floor which may be an issue for some. Had a private room which I liked. Needed to leave a $20 cash deposit for my key that I didn't know about at first but not a real issue (you get it back). Overall I would stay there again.

Its in a great spot and was priced well. Its a historic building but the amenities function well enough.

Parking was horrible. You need to pay for the garage parking which I was told that they connect to all the hotels in that area. Black market. Good job.

Good Location . Near unio square

Will probably come back my only issue was parking but after asking they redirected me to parking garages around the area. It was our first time, so it was a lil confusing but after the day we definitely got the hang of things. We stayed for a concert and was a 6min walk from the Masonic Theater. Overall good experience and quick trip.
