Pretty nit and clean places. Staff members arr super helpful

There should be a person who inspects the rooms before they’re given to guests. When I went into the bathroom, it was dirty. It seems like they don’t clean the rooms daily unless you ask.

I actually loved the hotel except for two issues. For me, the mattress is too firm so it's a one night only stay. The other issue I'm sure was operator error, the fan light kept coming on so I had to turn off the fan. Great things... cute room, shampoo, liquid soap, safe, iron, Direct TV, and hair dryer available. Restaurants very close by, including a Starbucks. Great location. Will definitely stay again.

Don’t do it. This is not my personal opinion. This was a shared value on my floor and in general visitors who stayed at the time I did. I went there in May. It’s nice outside. The hotel is in extreme heater. Nobody knows why. You can’t control it. You share your bathroom and toilet with the whole floor. I never saw anyone cleaning, the flush had a trick to it to work. I had no other choice, paid 1500 bucks for three nights during AI summit and fifa happening at the same time. First of all there is no real staff in the building. Staff at the other building didn’t speak English but he was nice. But I don’t speak Spanish so I couldn’t get the answers I wanted. The one shower on the entire floor had handsoap instead of shower gel. HOT. I think I mentioned that. Nobody knows why. A lot of regrets were shared with my fellow neighbors up and down the stairs. We all agreed. Don’t do it.

Clean room but no pump hand soap and the towels were so old that they ripped when i was drying my back. The tub was also so clogged with hair that i was ankle deep in water by the end of my shower. I had to check in at the sister hotel Stratford because that weekend the Bartlett didnt have a front desk team. Parking was a nightmare too, had to pay 6 dollars just to offload my luggage in the next door valet structure and 6 dollars when checking out, but otherwise used the Spothero app to find four day parking with in n out privileges.

Great location, easy to get around

Clean. Surprisingly quiet for being downtown so close to the cable cars etc.

Overall a comfortable stay. But was not informed that I would have to go to another hotel a block away to check in and get card to access the building. Room was set up well. View was a blank wall — but it allowed daylight in and certainly was private! Convenient location with many transit options.

Definitely minimal amenities but knew this going into the stay based on other reviews. No iron/board and no wash cloths provided. Street noise was definitely an issue for my one night but kind of have to expect this being downtown and in an older building.
