Great place with an excellent view. Lovely stay, definitely recommend! Will be coming back.

The actual Signature hotel itself is amazing. Private pools, lots of security, clean, quiet, great view, and comfy beds. We spent 5 nights, and may not have noticed these other items as much if only a 2-3 night stay. One of the showers dripped continuously and the shower if self wasn't very clean (ie. soap scum on glass doors, tile grout off color), the back of that bathroom door had dirty areas that you can tell is where many people likely pull the door closed, but not visible unless you are using the facilities. Other bathroom with jetted tub and shower almost spotless though. Cover of the air conditioner in master bedroom was being held in place by a chair, only noticed when we tried to move the chair and full cover fell forward (screws were pulled right out of the wall that would have held it in). As we were being hosted by a third party, there was no regular house keeping without $$ (which was very clear on booking), but additional pre-communication of other items to bring might have been helpful. Ie. only two rolls of toilet paper for 5 days is not enough. Or what kind of coffee maker so supplies can be brought (and the coffee that was left, was 4 packs of decaf). We would definitely return, however might only book straight through the hotel to ensure more access to services.

Great place. Clean, spacious, great luxury for the price. Highly recommend.

The room was okay. There is a definite need for new furniture. There was wear and tear on some furniture. The bed, bathroom, and kitchen were clean. The pools close too early. The valet and bell hop were friendly.

Room was filthy, food wrappers and crumbs all over the couch. TV did not work. Disgusting personal hygiene objects left in bathroom. A man showed up unannounced in 2 occasions.

The room was clearly original. Lots of signs of wear and tare. Couch cushions covered by blanket. Couch and carpet stains. Shower drain starts to clog if you shower more than 2 minutes.
