No casino love it

Absolutely true to the description that was given. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and came with a great view. Perfect for what I needed for the work week and the property offered everything a person could need and then some.

THE HIGH COAST FOR THE MIN BAR IN THE ROOM $10 DOLLAR FOR A CAN COLA THAT IS VERY HIGH FOR SOMEONE WHO COME TO ENJOY A STAY AT YOUR PLACE

I booked the room via expedia for 5 nights. Once I got in the room I noticed that the room was dusty and smelly as if it had not been used for a long period. I requested another room but my request was denied. Instead I was offered to have housekeeping come and clean up. Housekeeping did not show up on day one. I followed up with Expedia that redirected me to the hotel staff. Again, the hotel staff apologized and promised to send in housekeeping again. This did not happen. Frustrated, I reached out to the hotel staff around 9 pm on day 2, and I was told that my room won't be serviced for the entirety of my stay unless I pay an additional fees for housekeeping. At that point, I decided to leave the hotel and asked for a refund for the remaining days(3). This was also denied. I left the hotel anyway as I was wasting the vacation time I had planned with my wife. I moved to a far better hotel (the Venitian ) for the remainder of my stay in Vegas. Please stay away or at least consider better option before booking a room in this hotel. The hallways are outdated and the elevator area is dirty. It was a terrible experience, except for the service of Harmoni, an agent at the front desk who was welcoming.

Staff was amazingly helpful especially accommodating for my two kids.

The room was ok it was hair everywhere. And very dusty so I had to wipe the room down .but overall the room was very nice

It was an amazing location. It’s great to go back to your room and not smell cigarettes and find your way through a casino. It’s so close to the bellagio. You can walk to the major hotels in ac. The suites are big and spacious. Overall a great place for a quick Vegas trip that’s more affordable but still gives you more of a luxury experience.
