The room was small and the restroom was even smaller. The orange juice was delicious.

When we checked in, we were upgraded to their nicest room but, if you are an American, this room was still sorely lacking in size (though very clean). The “queen” bed (which I had to search many hotels for) was not indeed a typical queen bed size in America. The water pressure was also very weak and the bed was super hard to sleep on. I would say the location was great and we were given pretty good service there which is why they earned the score I gave. I figured sticking with a company like Comfort Inn (found in America) would have more consistent standards. As for breakfast, it was ok but consisted of no hot foods (unless you count the toaster you could use).

We had a great welcome from the friendly staff, quick & easy. Having complimentary breakfast was a bonus with plenty of food to eat. The room was lovely, only problem was the room was small & the double bed was up against the wall. The bed was comfy just a bit squashed in.

The staff was verity nice and helpful

Front desk check in agent Joseph was thorough and helpful.

We arrived a bit early, and as room was ready, Joseph on reception let us check in, which was a great bonus to us. Lovely spotless hotel right on doorstep of Hyde Park, transport links, museums, restaurants. We were very happy with clean room, comfortable bed, and the friendly ladies at breakfast. Breakfast is continental but has loads of choice.

It is located in a great location.

We loved staying here though tbh e rooms were small they had everything we needed. It is very close to Kensington Palace and Gardens and 2 Subway stations. The breakfast was good. We were gone every day and it was so close to so many good restaurants. I would stay here again
