少しがっかり
Overall we were not very satisfied. The coffee maker did not have an outlet to plug into. The lady at the front desk had to register our room key 3 times. Tv didn't work at all. Breakfast barely had any options and was mediocre. Beds were comfortable except that we found a dead bug in the sheets and my daughter was freaked out. The top sheet also had a yellow stain. Balcony with an ok view, yet definitely not worth paying extra for.

The room was great, clean and well stocked. Even figured out the tv. The Hotel was busy and practically full, so the breakfast buffet was busy in the morning. A good selection of continental choices. I would have preferred a hot item.

Localização ótima muito perto dos lugares que visitei, gostei por aceitar pets,café da manhã estava bom tinha 3 variedades de pães, fruta, yogurte ,suco,cereal e café, staff ok, a limpeza poderiam melhorar um pouco mais,

I booked the room two weeks ago and shared it with two friends, who also booked. All three of us got rooms with two beds. Yesterday, the three of us arrived at the front desk. My first friend arrived first and got a room on the first floor. I arrived second and also asked for a room on the first floor, but the front desk told me they didn't have any first-floor rooms and gave me a second-floor one. My other friend arrived last, and I told her they didn't have any first-floor rooms, but she got a room on the first floor .In the end, they all got rooms on the first floor, and they all had refrigerators. My room is on the second floor, but it doesn't have a refrigerator.
