少しがっかり The lady at the reception was very rude, when we had a question she didn’t even look at us.
We booked a non smoking room and she gave us a smoking room, there were cigarettes buts in the patio door. Ask to change she didn’t even considerate.
The climate unit made so much noise that we cannot sleep with it on.
All the towels were yellows and warn out.
The carpet stained everywhere, in the room and on the hallway.
No safe in the room.
Expensive for the conditions.

The room was clean. The beds were nice and the place was quiet and convenient to Horseshoe Bend. The bathroom was dated, loose tiles on the floor and towels were dingy and worn. Breafast was average - powdered eggs and sausage with standard waffles.

最高 The Comfort Inn was a great - indoor pool and continental breakfast was good (eggs were a little bland, but I am from Texas). We had a great stay - very nice hotel and safe - quiet!

Left something to be desired with cleanliness and how well maintained it was. It was fine for the price.
