When we arrived at the Garner we were assigned a room and when we entered that room we found that the toilet was never cleaned. There were feces splattered on the inside of the bowl and urine all along the backside of the seat. We called the front desk (that employee was kind and helpful) and she assigned us to another room. We entered that next room and found the toilet to be in a similar state minus the feces. This time I cleaned the toilet myself rather than moving again. I requested a call from the manager this morning, never got one, so I called him today at 6p. He claimed I was lying and that his housekeeping manager saw a perfectly clean toilet in our originally assigned room. This is a complete falsehood. He refused to do anything to rectify the issue. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

Hotel seemed nice and new. Unfortunately, there was a used washcloth in our shower, WiFi would never work, and no bedding for pullout. Breakfast was okay.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy.

The pool was not open. Other than that everything else was Great!

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Had a wonderful stay here! The room was exceptionally clean, remarkably spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The morning hot breakfast was decent with plenty of options to start the day. A special shout-out to the complimentary hot beverages and cookies available throughout the day—such a cozy and welcoming touch! I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean room. Not many toiletries supplied. Good breakfast and very close to Glen Canyon dam viewpoint.

Needs a lot of maintenance. Broken TP holder in room. Breakfast was all packaged food- eggs, bacon too. Would look elsewhere at this price.
