Good location and good room. Staff seem very friendly

Had 9 rooms booked via Hotels.com all paid in full. Hotel refused to release a room unless we paid for it again. Receptionist was difficult and very rude. Ripped off massively and would not recommend IBIS Hotels

I opened the window to help keep the room cool, which was fine, but the downside is that I could hear the trams and people outside very loudly. I wanted to be near the train station, and the location was very convenient. I liked that they had water in the lobby so I could refill me water bottle.

Staff very helpful, location was great. Few amenities and small room size were the only drawbacks

Breakfast menu was great. Rooms clean. Staff kind and helpfull.

Great location for central station and town

Room was small but clean. The shower leaks quite a bit when in use. Great location. No kettle in room but you could get hot water in the lobby and we brought our own tea bags.

Great Location, Terrible Rooms: The hotel is conveniently located downtown, close to all transportation, but the area doesn’t feel safe. Irina at the front desk was helpful, and she’s the only reason this stay wasn’t a total disaster. The lobby looks decent, but the rooms are tiny, claustrophobic, and neglected. Mattresses are old and rock-hard, towels are ratty, and the bathroom barely fits a person. I’m used to Ibis hotels, but this one takes run-down and budget hotel to another level — in desperate need of a serious update.

Uncomfortable bed. Only one pillow
