以下の改善があると嬉しい ・デスクに置かれたパンフレット内に落書きがある状態のものが置かれていた ・テレビが古く、Netflix等に対応していて欲しい ・寝室の明るさ調整が極端で程よいコントロールができなかった

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff. Super clean, an amazing stay! If you need a cab, they will assist. Very much enjoyed our time in tokyo! Highly recommend.

Awesome! This is the place to stay! Nice calm area with plenty to do and the hotel is amazing. Hawaiian Music on weekends in the hotel!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms delightful. I would go back.

This was genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating which made the stay feel even more special. Beautiful area right on the water and generally very walkable for wherever you’re going.

This was an amazing hotel as far as the aesthetics and ambiance. The room was fantastic, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is beautiful and very modern and clean. The staff did seem a bit judgemental and I did not feel as welcome as I would've liked for the type of hotel and money you pay. I would recommend this hotel to locals that speak the language but but not to foreigners that look different than what they accept. Especially if you have tattoos or have a different look than what they're used to seeing. Overall great hotel but myself and my guest did not feel welcome. I would not stay here only for that reason. There's so many options to choose from in the same price point that will give you better service.

Stunning building beautiful room clean spacious and comfortable

Breakfast was served at the ball room during the holiday season and it was disappointing. Overall, it felt quite compact. It was a bit disappointing that there wasn’t much of a Hawaiian-style branding or a sense of relaxation.

Incredibly friendly. Very clean. Loved my stay here. Highly recommend
