We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern and the location is perfect and relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be better lounging furniture on the rooftop terrace as shown in some photos.

This prosperity is a good deal good location. There is definitely a good amount of noise from the clubs near by. But I recommend is nice is clean is comfortable and super close to the beach!

Clean room, staff was very attentive to our needs. Loved that they let you borrow towels for the beach! Cute hotel!

I only stayed here for one night on my way back to Cancun, but I wish I could have stayed longer! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-decorated, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax. The location is extremely convenient: an easy walk from the ferry and bus terminals, and steps away from a multitude of shops and restaurants, as well as a small section of public beach which is perfect for watching the sunrise. My only notes are that the stairs are rather steep (and as seems typical for Mexican hotels, there is no elevator), and that the balcony railing for my room felt a bit wobbly and unstable. Still, it was a wonderful experience overall and I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Playacar!

Wonderful staff, clean room, great location. The only thing we didn't love was being on the main floor, next to the pool, but once we asked to move to a balcony room, we were very happy. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and for the price, it's a great, central location close to the beach (though at high tide, you had to walk around to get to a larger beach whie we were there),

The most excellent place to stay. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. Steps to la Quinta Avenue and to the beach. Friendly staff and you will never go wrong for the price. A little noisy from the bars near by, but i didn't mind. Definitely will come back again.

The perfect location to stay at Playa del Carmen. Wonderful service and helpful staff. Clean and charming rooms with all the amenities, steps to la Quinta Avenue. And 2 minutes walk to the beaches. Highly recommend at good price.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and even called me by name, which made the experience feel very personal. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach on one side and Fifth Avenue on the other. I will definitely stay here again!
