Clean, pleasant staff, not a lot of western food options at breakfast

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable and felt poorly maintained. The hallways and rooms smelled strongly of chemicals/fumigation, towels were yellowed and stained, bedsheets duvets had blood stains, and the rooms smelled unclean. We even found baby roaches in the towels and around the sink area, which was extremely disturbing. Basic amenities were barely provided upon check-in, with little to no soap, shampoo, or body wash available. The atmosphere around the hotel at night also felt very inappropriate and not family-friendly. We actually considered checking out early because the experience was far below expectations. This stay unfortunately affected our first impression of Kuala Lumpur. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay close to food bars restaurants all within walking distance

Good location, clean and tidy rooms. Negatives - Bed was hard, the spa next to the pool didn't work, breakfast was just ok.

Bkfast was mediocre..same everyday need a better cook .no ikan bilis in nasi lemak??!@ Bed was hard, so were the pillows! No hand towels..had to ask each time Toilet roll was small Given one roll Asked for morr@ Room was spacious!

Great hotel and location plus value for money

The restaurant, Ceylon House was fantastic. My only comment is that it is not advertised enough as the hotel's website does not say much nor does it have enough coverage in the room. I also do not want to order through Whatsapp when wanting room service as I want to speak to someone about dishes I am unfamiliar with.

The breakfast was not on par with the other amenities at the hotel. The pool area isn't maintained as well as it could be. Could use more places to sit inmain lobby.

Clean rooms, good facilities and good location to move around downtown.

Location is great. The hotel has so much potential but management need to pay more attention to cleanliness throughout the facility. The room was very spacious but didn't smell good. I bought my own cleaning supplies and air fresheners and kept the patio door open for a couple of hours to air out the room. The bedsheets didn't look clean so requested new ones. Pillows and towels never looked or smelled fresh, even after changing to new ones.
