Overall, our stay was outstanding. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. The complimentary hot chocolate and lattes were fantastic and ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. I’m glad I saw them mentioned in previous reviews. My only suggestion for improvement would be the smart lighting system. This may have been user error on my part, but I found it difficult to operate. The control panel remained illuminated throughout the night, and the bathroom light kept turning on with no apparent way to override the system. As someone who is very sensitive to light while sleeping, this affected my sleep quality. That said, everything else about the stay was excellent, and the outstanding service from the staff left a very positive impression.

Super friendly staffs, really nice place and good location for the people who travel without car! Room wasn’t clean 100%, Just double check if everything is clean after you check in.

Definitely a 5/5 stay! The location is super convenient, right around the CBD area. The room was quite small, however great for my friend and I as we were mostly out and about. They had unlimited hot drinks and stunning view from the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mi-Pad!

This place is amazing. Central location, coffee everywhere, amazing rooftop views, and a guest laundry room! I loved Mi-Pad and would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely little spot with a rooftop with view! Clean modern rooms and a laundry room available. Parking available for a fee. Great hotel and location, would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at mi-pad and would absolutely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t stay longer was because I had a rental car and parking is difficult in Queenstown. But loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more natural light, and staff were friendly but could be a bit more welcoming.

Very nice hotel, very modern and clean, excellent service

This hotel is a "smart" hotel. Everything is computerized, fun for me because I was traveling with my daughter, she is in her twenties. If you don't like everything to be computerized it might not be fun for you. (remote controlled shades, lights etc.) The location could not be better. There is coffee and tea available 24hrs with machines on each floor.

Parking. No extra pillows no facilities for our own cuppa

Great room for 1-2 days. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Great use of space in smallish room. Fully digitalised with its own app. Only lacked a wardrobe area to unpack. Common rooms available to relax in.
