Everything about this place is great, staff, location, and the room was tidy and warm. My only issue, which is more for other people is that the hot water in the shower doesn't work very well. The hot water on the sink tap is fine, but the shower struggles even for lukewarm. Luckily, I shower cold most of the time anyway, but others may not like it. Some pics just before I left

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to the town centre and an easy walk. There are many different accommodation buildings spread over a large property, giving a spacious holiday park feel. Facilities are old but everything worked, including the heater.

Quaint family oriented motel. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located a short walk from city centre

Staff was helpful and quickly changed us to a new unit since the unit we originally booked was leaking water from the rain.

Parking was bit difficult..if it is specific to room I think it will be more easier..

Facility a bit dated but clean. Has the feel of a hostel, adequate but bare-bones.

Sharing bath room caused some issues as a stranger for us is walking with just with a bath towel as itvwre his personal place. The motel should advise clearly rules in the public space.

Parking space was narrow, passenger had to get out first, then park. Apartment was a good size, sofa bed bit uncomfortable so put extra pillows underneath body. Shower was fine, but layout of bathroom sink wasn't great, a mirror would have been sufficient above the sink rather than a unit. As a result, it was almost impossible to spit out toothpaste into the sink. Heating was fine. Bit of a walk to the apartment from the car especially with crutches and a walking boot. Amar on reception was great with advice on what to do as our Milford Sound flight was cancelled.

Well equipped kitchen, good room.
