The hotel was close to everything and within walking distance. The rooms were clean a little run down, but it was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast was nice and hot.

Perfect choice of location for our city stay as everything was walking distance. Would definitely recommend for those who want to spend some time in CBD without hiring a car. Breakfast was food. Good variety and longer opening hours.

Staff were very friendly and Hotel is in a great location. Could walk everywhere.

the hotel is in a prime location, yet it is in a terrible condition, ripped carpet in hallways, cracked bathroom sink, tap filter blew out as hadnt been cleaned, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, rip in curtain. I would suggest being more mindful of what the visitors want to do. Like i spent the same amount as others to have the room but i wanted to sleep and rest, I was put in the middle of families with little kids who screamed in the rooms and ran up and down the hall way from 6.30am to late at night. I was really disappointed that when i shared this i was told it is the school holidays - so what they should say is in their marketing they only prefer to accommodate families and anyone wanting anything else hard luck. I spent thousands and came home exhausted still.

The location is perfect, the people were great, food was great, but the hotel could use a renovation...

Good price and location, this is a very nice place to stay.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location excellent. Negative was I tried to get soy milk for the complimentary tea and coffee and they would have charged me but it should be complimentary. Not everyone can have dairy milk.

The hotel was clean, although it felt a bit old. One of the bathrooms had a mouldy smell, which was unpleasant. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of the town centre, which was perfect for my elderly family members. I had requested connecting rooms, but instead we were assigned rooms about five doors apart. I also contacted the hotel about a lost item, but it took 4–5 days to receive a response. The hotel only offered valet parking, which cost $50 per day. It would have been nice if they had offered on-site self-parking as an option.

Excellent location, close to town with a lovely walk on the waterfront. Near to great restaurants and fabulous shopping spots.
