Great place to stay in middle of Gran via in Madrid, people working there very helpful, very convenient walking to every tourist destination, definitely will stay if come back

Staff was great, checked in on my group, and we had many amenities available to us.

The staff is great and they always take great care of the guests.

The hotel is very centrally located, within easy walking distance of the Cibeles Fountain, Puerta del Sol and the El Corte Inglés department stores. The air conditioning was excellent and worked very efficiently, which was greatly appreciated on hot days. The front desk staff provided outstanding service, particularly Fabio, who was especially helpful and professional. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

I had a great stay at Petit Palace Chueca. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chueca and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The room was a good size, very clean, and had a charming, stylish design that made it feel cozy and inviting. My only wish is that the hotel had an on-site gym, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, it’s a great choice, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It feels like it was recently renovated while still maintaining its historic charm. One of my favorite features was the beautiful old-school cage elevator—it was unique, full of character, and surprisingly fast. My room was on the smaller side, but since I was traveling solo, it was more than enough space. It had several windows overlooking the back of the building, which filled both the bedroom and the bathroom with fantastic natural light throughout the day. The bathroom itself was spacious and featured a large walk-in shower. The included breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety every morning, making it easy to enjoy something different each day of my stay. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well-located. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.
