Original condition but very tidy and incredible value!

I ended up staying 4 nights as it was very affordable, but at no time did they clean the room, the bin was over flowing and no one checked the room to maintain it throughout my stay. I have stayed in other motels before and the room had been maintained. The room was on the old side, but, the bathroom was equiped well enough.

Finally there is affordable accommodation for a single traveler. Well done Waterfront. The room was a little dated but excellent bed lights, great shiwer, comfortable bed, good tv. Everything worked well. I will be back !

Bright clean and neat. Great color scheme. I prefer brighter lighting but not everyone does. I would like to see tea towels in the room so we can dry the dishes.

The room was very compact but clean & tidy the kitchenette was adequate with Microwave,kettle, toaster not much room. Aircon & TV worked well. As a single occupant it was fine.

Room was clean, staff great, great warm air con, parking right at front door. Thank you and will be back before going home in 10 days.

Great location. Convenient parking. We stayed here on either side of our holiday in Hobart and made for a great base for a comfortable night before & after travel. The value for the money is outstanding. Just what we needed and the little kitchenette and decent-sized bathroom were welcome amenities not usually found at this price point.

Parking and location were fine. Found 3 bugs in my room on different days which was gross. Main light in the bedroom didn’t work. Shower had mould in it. Previous guests toiletries were still in the room and you can tell that the bathroom had not been cleaned in years. Would not come back

A comfy small room with everything I needed, I’d stay again

Was okay for the price. Budget friendly, reasonably quiet.
