It's not easy to find accommodation that included a free parking spot and close to city like St Ives apartment. it located within walking distance to Salamanca place or close to free metro bus stop to city.

The women who work here are absolutely lovely, and the room is great value, just a quick walk into Salamanca. Comfortable and clean, with good amenities.

Convenient location in beautiful Battery point within walking distance of good restaurants, and the CBD. Good parking and great to have the kitchenette. Comfortable beds & good showers. Within walking distance of supermarkets in Sandy Bay.
Have stayed at St Ives Appointments many times. Our favourite for Hobart accommodation, because of convenient location, useful kitchenette, parking and comfortable beds.
The only negatives are a a little dated decor and some difficulty getting aircon temperature just right.

It's a great spot, beds comfy, shower is good. It was quiet. Walking distance to Battery Point, Sandy Bay and the city. It's very clean too.

Great location with an easy walk into down town Hobart. Staff at St Ives were great at the time of check in also when we asked for some additional milk & coffee. We would highly recommend this accommodation
