The hotel is next to Japantown so there are tons of options for food and drinks close by. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a bathtub. Breakfast buffet was small but good, more fruit options needed. The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Wy at the lobby. Would definitely recommend, good value for the money.

Staff members were extremely attentive, great knowledge base of the area.Wy was my go to guy, he was always when I needed any assistance.

The cleanliness of the room, staff was super helpful with carrying our luggage & being attentive to help, great 1.5 week stay. The location was also convenient, walking distance to the main attractions & shopping area. There’s also a MRT station, about 8-10 minutes walking, if needed to leave the city. Thank you Wy & Ti for making the stay so wonderful, will definitely be coming back!

I booked this for my parents and they definitely loved the hotel. The staff were beyond helpful, breakfast was wonderful and the location was within walking distance to plenty of foods, coffee shops, malls, nail salons and many more.

少しがっかり My room wa not available. I booked a no room window which is quiet. Room was unavailable and try gave me a street facing room, I rejected. No refund was given.

The front desk staff, breakfast crew and door bell hops were all great. Food was good, room was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent. Tom, Wy, and so many more were great.
