Place is clean, people works there are friendly. Too noisy all the time around the neighborhood, im talking from midnight to early morning around 7am. Barely get a good sleep each night out of 3.

The first apartment I was given was on the first floor right on the street.
Extremely noisy. In the bathroom there were coackroaches so I asked to change. The receptionist gave me immediately another apartment with upgrade. Always on the first floor but opposite side, so much more quiet. The location is great!

The apartment itself was great. Staff was outstanding. Just be aware that the area you are staying in is VERY LOUD all night. You will not be able to sleep if you are in a front street facing apartment. There are massage parlors next door and restaurants all around so the noise doesn't stop until morning. Request a back facing room if you want some quiet. But again the place is great, lots of room and close to many things.
