Pros:
- Nice apartment
- Spacious
- Nice outdoor space, albeit furniture could have been comfier and/or in better condition
- Good location (10-15 minute walk to main square), local shops and cafes available.
- Nice modern kitchen area
Cons:
- Nice to have coffee machine but feel more than 4 pods for a 3-4 day stay should have been provided
- Bathroom bin smelled of cigarette smoke
- One small champagne flute provided, should really be a set of two. No standard wine glasses which feels like a miss considering a lot of guests will be tourists/holiday makers.
- Towels far too small
- More pillows should be offered ideally (one standard size pillow per person was available)...and maybe cushions for lounge (only one).
Would recommend staying here, just needs a few things improved.

Although we only stayed for one night but the appartment is amazing! Fresh, clean, very well furnished and has everything one needs for longer stays! Plus it is very close to the station 😁

I can’t fault the cleanliness of the apartment and the common areas of the building it was clean ,modern ,fresh and contemporary. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay . The location was excellent too very near the main train station which took us in from the airport. After a long day exploring the amazing old town a hot refreshing shower and soft comfortable bed was very welcoming. If there was one criticism and it’s only a very minor one, you could hear the guests above us walking around on the wooden floors. But really I am just being picky and we soon fell blissfully asleep . Considering the actual location of the apartment it is in a very quiet area and even with the windows open we heard no noise . The complimentary coffee and bottles of water were a nice touch too . I would definitely recommend staying here on a visit to this wonderful city for what we paid it was excellent value for money .

Bardzo ładny, nowoczesny i czysty apartament. Komfortowy dla 6 osób. Świetny kontakt z obsługą i dobra lokalizacja – około 15–20 minut spacerem do Rynku. Polecam!

Apartment is located near to Galleria Mall and train station, 15 min walking to old town. It is fully equipped with cooking plot, coffee, washing and laundry machine, kitchenettes, large terrace and comfortable beds.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area but close to the station and not far from the main square. We were lucky to get in early to the property which was sparkling clean. Very safe and I recommend the local cafe near the apartment. If staying on the sofa bed I recommend an eye mask as the blinds don’t keep the light out. I loved the nespresso coffee machine too. Would stay again

The apartment was great…spacious, well equipped and very convenient for Kraków’s attractions. We could have done with some instructions for the oven/grill as reception had little idea how it worked.
The location was quiet and close to supermarkets.
The operators were helpful with information and contacts for transport.
