Katie and her team of cleaners were excellent. They helped us out when our washing machine in apartment was broken and always did a thorough job. Very helpful and friendly, the apartments modern and clean and as described. The beds were really comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were out and about most days so apartment perfect for this purpose. Thank you guys xx

Beautiful clean room in a good location Only downside was I have difficulty with stairs and was third floor with no lift otherwise highly recommended

Brilliant accommodation, modern interior and all required accessories and appliances were provided no hassle from start to finish. Great for families. Highly recommended

I didn't realise that the property didn't have a lift to carry our luggage. May be that I should have checked it properly beforec the booking. However, as soon as we entered the code to open the door one of the staff (Katie) walked in from outside and helped us. She took our bags to the second floor. She also asked one of her neighbours to help us too. She was kind and so helpful to answer our queries. We both were relieved. Our room had clean linen and a comfy bed eventhough it was small. Area surrounding the property was safe to walk in the night. Few restaurants down the road to grab some food. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room itself was fine, and the building. However, I would not book this property on the Exp platform. This is because this platform does not seem to have proper communication with the property. Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are such that you need to have a direct connection on check in details. Finally, EXP lists laundry as an amenity but that is not the case. Others do not list laundry, so Exp needs to remove this amenity from the list.

В цілому все непогано. Але в душовій немає рідкого мила і шампуню, доводилось виходити і брати то все біля мушлі. І ще - так сталося, що я прибула після 21 години (мала б бути значно раніше, але була суттєва затримка авіарейсу). На рецепції нікого не було і якби не один хлопчина (чи тут мешкає) то я б і не потрапила до приміщення, а всю ніч була б позбавлена даху над головою. Це мене здивувало найбільше.
