少しがっかり The sheets and linens themselves weren’t very clean and in general were kind of gross
Both my friend and I left covered in bed bug bites head to toe.

Staff was excellent for check in which is a different location than the property. The room was very clean with A/C. It was centrally located which was great. I would recommend this location to friends.

The staff was very kind, after check in which is not the same location, you don’t see the staff any more. The room was clean and extras were even provided outside of the room if needed like towels and toilet paper. The area was walking distance to everything.

Location was the only good thing about this stay. Staff support was next to nothing. We requested extra pillows but received no response. The check in was further away from the actual address which is the most inconvenient arrangement ever with bags. Overall, not worth it, spend few more $$ and stay somewhere better. Room was tiny & no elevator for bags either.

Conveniently located about 10 mins from the Duomo and on a street with great access to shopping and restaurants.
The best shower I have experienced compared to my last 2 accommodations on the same trip. The toilet is heated, the hot water is immediate, powerful and continuous.
Only minor complaint is that housekeeping is not daily and has to be booked 3 days in advance. That being said, towels, toilet paper, instant coffee, etc, are all made available for self-service outside the room.
