Location is very crowded outside, but convenient to take metro and city transit, good staffs, many foods choices outside and nearby.

Private room for 4. Perfect location, room clean, shower excellent. Would definitely use again. Perfect spot to dump stuff and explore city, crash the night and go again.

Everyone was super helpful and very friendly. I would stay here again if I come back to Budapest on a solo trip. Met some great people and it was my best part of my trip overall. The room could use a fridge though and better AC.

The hostel is lovely and in a great location. It has a big communal kitchen and laundry. They make fantastic toasted sandwiches and the bar is great.
Bets of all this is an amazing location right in the heart of everything.
On the down side there was a salsa party which was very noisy in our room until after midnight (1:30am) on one night and a lot of loud drunk girls on the next. So be prepared with earplugs and expect the noise.
