最高 Hotel was in a good location, around 15 minutes walk from the city centre. There's also a Metro stop 5 minutes away. Clean modern room.

Such a beautiful hotel in the city! The room was lovely. Spacious and very clean. We had a balcony too which was perfect for relaxing mornings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of selection every morning. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Budapest!

This hotel is modern, well located in the city for restaurants, and city access. Staff were very friendly. The room was excellent, and spotlessly clean. One criticism would be the bar is unnecessarily expensive even for hotel pricing. The cafe in the park just across the road is excellent, and well worth a visit. Nice local food market on Saturday morning in the park. We booked a terrace room and would suggest doing in summer months, sitting outside watching a Budapest sunset was worth the little extra. Would happily recommend the Up hotel.

The hotel was great overall, but I booked it specifically because it advertised laundry services. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that laundry service is not available on weekends. I believe this limitation should be clearly stated in the hotel’s description, as advertising laundry service without noting the weekend restriction can be misleading for guests who rely on it when making their booking decisions.
