We were there in Bali for a 12 day diving trip. This place was our last day stay which is closer to the airport with good reputation. We end up got ripped off because this place will not refund our remaining balance for the hotel deposit. Over $1000 dollars ripped off my pocket, they keep trying to say the deposit is non-refundable, it’s their policy, I traveled all over the world, never seen any hotel hold guest deposit like this. THIS IS STRAIGHT UP ROBBERY. For whoever trying to stay at this place, if they ask you to pay deposit in anyway, PAY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. Or better off say next doors, better hotel everywhere in this area.

The staff are the 5 stars but the hotel itself didn’t offer buffet breakfast and breakfast was average, the ocean view room is not very practical for girls to get ready as the light are dark and not have big mirrors, I think the garden rooms are better and cheaper, overall is a nice place for the price specially if you like potato head beach club

This beach front resort was well beyond expectations. The resort is super clean, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and the beach front pool and palapas to relax under for breakfast and lounging at the pool were heavenly. The room was perfect for our family of three. Super clean and comfortable. Can’t say enough about this place. Thank you.

While the staff were incredibly nice, it was frustrating as a hotel guest not having access to anywhere to sit. We checked in around 3pm and storms were on the radar. We attempted to make a reservation at dome but they were closed for a private event. We were then told all the restaurants were full because of the storms and we can order room service. Very disheartening to hear. Certain tables should be automatically on hold for guest staying on the property.

Amazing resort. Fantastic room, beautiful pool and great food. I stayed a lot of nice high end places during my years of travel. I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts. Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal. On the other hand, if you are looking for peaceful / stay in resort vacation, this is it.

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Bali. The service, food and atmosphere are top notch. Do yourself a favor and try this place out! You won't be disappointed.
