We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed at least 3. This resort offered top notch care and service, We stayed at the location across the street, which was newer and the room was absolutely gorgeous. It felt very luxurious, The bed was very comfortable. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went out of their way to make a special surprise in the room. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had every offering to please every kind of visitor. The beach front infinity pool could not be nicer and all of the service provided there and at the cabañas made this stay 10/10. Definitely keeping this for the next visit to Bali.

Location is great and easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left outside the door for an entire day. For a 5-star hotel and rate, that was surprising and disappointing.

The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean front private pool villa and it was a bit dated with badly stained couches and furniture. Breakfast was the best meal the hotel had to offer with meals and snacks at the pool and other onsite restaurants just ok and over priced for the value. The drinks were watered down and limited. They were unable to make my husband’s old fashioned for the entirety of our stay. Most of the staff is friendly, caring and accommodating but there were several incidents where we were totally ignored by the pool staff. I had to flag someone down to ask about drinks that were ordered over an hour prior to be told the ticket was lost. Come to find out the bartender didn’t have the proper ingredients and no one bothered to tell us. Overall I feel that the staff went above and beyond to decorate and prepare the villa for my birthday as prearranged and prepaid. Staff members Diane, Epi and Nika were exceptional for the care they showed.

Everything was satisfactory, if you don't stay at main hotel you will have to walk over to beach and breakfast

Staff were helpful and always simple, and even we kept our luggage with them after the check to and went to acivivity went back at night to take the luggage. And the concierge was always supportive

Wow. I didn’t want to come back home!!! Service outstanding!!! The staff was so so nice, literally everyone. Rupa was soooo helpful. I traveled as a woman solo and felt completely safe. I highly recommend and I will be back! Room very clean, staff outstanding, pool AMAZING, service impeccable!

Right on the beach and conveniently located for shopping and tours. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Our room was large and comfortable and we were able to watch the ocean from the bacony. Good restaurants and spa and the staff was so friendly and helpful. When I visit Bali again I will stay here for sure!

Very clean resort, very well maintained and quiet relaxing, the staff was very friendly and helpful and always checking on us with a great smile.

Firstly the location of this hotel and grounds were stunning and easily make up for any shortfalls. The hotel has started to show signs of its age, but still kept to a very high standard. A couple of small details prevent me from giving the 5 star review it should have earned - A cigarette burn in my bedding, the shuttle driver didn’t collect us from town, despite us waiting where he said and the Jacuzzi only had cold water. All of these are very minor details and were rectified by customer relations allowing us to keep our room a little longer for a late flight - which was greatly appreciated. Please don’t let my comments put you off visiting the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa, the location and grounds and the staff are something else 😊
