Clean room,welcoming and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect

Staff are helpful. The place is to far from downtown Bangkok

The pool is really nice. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, East meets West. Choice of Thai/Asian dishes, plus some Western. Salad bar, bakery, cereal and more.

Arrived for a 1 night stay after a long flight and had the most fabulous spa treatments. Hotel looked very well maintained with a lovely pool area. Availed of the free airport shuttle which was very useful.

The hotel seemed a bit "tired." But I had an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was fine. The breakfast was very good. Transportation to and from the airport was fairly efficient. I would stay here again.

I stayed there for one night due to a one day layover at BKK. For a short stay this hotel is perfect. The transfer to and from the hotel, from BKK was convenient and punctual. The staff at check-in was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. The room was clean, though the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim and the bathroom could use a refresh, it was ok and nothing that would keep me from staying here on my next flight thru Bangkok. All in all I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a relatively short stay near BKK. I didn’t use the pool and resort facilities, though they did look inviting. I noticed many families with children enjoying the pool. Heartily recommended.

The location very good and Staffs very friendly

The good food and swim up bar resort atmosphere.

Although it’s not in the heart of Bangkok it was worth staying there and taking a Grab into the heart of Bangkok. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful my entire stay. The food was delicious as well. I’m pretty sure I had a massage daily while there!
