Stayed here 3 times over a week and a half. Room was very comfortable and clean. Very near airport. Had good dinners in the restaurant and breakfast was okay as well. Loved the laundry facilities.

The hotel was very clean and the room was exactly what we needed after a long flight. We had a meal in the Resturant and it was great food and wonderful service.

I enjoyed staying. The staff very friendly at reception. Room was great. Liked the self service laundry. Had lunch at the restaurant and food was really good but service had to be initiated by me so not really ideal

The desk clerk sent us to a room which was already occupied. It was 1am and we were escorted by a security guy. When my card key failed HE opened the door with his master card key and quickly realized there was someone sleeping in the room! There was another guest with us who was checking into a different room on the same floor and his assigned room was also already occupied! The security guy closed the door and called front desk and got us both different room assignments. The second room was empty and we were able to get a new card key in the morning. The whole thing took like 10-15 minutes and was very disturbing. The front desk crew was obviously very confused about which rooms were already occupied.

Clean room, helpful & friendly staff

The airport shuttle was easy to find, the room was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and professional. Would highly recommend if you need to be close to the airport.

Perfect hotel airport with awesome staff and nice pool.

Excellent location. Quick shuttle ride to BKK. Nice campus layout with gym and swimming pool.
