Staff members very pleasant and hotel location is perfect

The location of the hotel was absolutely spot on for our visit. The breakfast was amazing so much variety to choose from. The room itself was ideal for the 2 of us and given the heat wave we currently facing the air con was brilliant keeping the room cool during our stay. The staff were really helpful throughout our stay and I would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Great location and stat

Staff were super friendly and helpful bother with the hotel and how to get around the city. Would recommend to anyone staying in the city.

Rabbit Warren of rooms with lifts and good signage, perfectly positioned by Leadenhall Market, well appointed club rooms, nice touches and amenities, fun to have breakfast in the Gaucho downstairs, AND brilliantly positioned mirrors and plugs for very happy ( usually female) travellers!

The hotel is in a good location and convenient, the cleaning staff were very friendly, and were prompt to respond to our request to refill coffee/tea. However on arrival to the hotel I did find when collecting my room key a male staff member at the front desk to be quite rude to me, which set a bad tone to my stay (especially after having spent so long travelling). This interaction did bother me and let the hotel down a bit. Besides my initial interaction with a member of staff the hotel was nice, room was nice, and convenient location.

Accommodating

Very enjoyable nights stay in London for a concert at Wembley. Easy train connections and close the loads of iconic landmarks. The hotel itself was decorated very well, the beds very comfy, breakfast was lovely and and staff attentive. Would definitely recommend.
